Open the tracking email we sent when your order shipped and click the Track Order button.

Can't find it? Check spam or search "drinkdaynight" or "shipped" in your inbox.

Through Your Account

Log in, open Order History, find your most recent order, and click Track Shipment.

Shipping Timelines

Order Type Processing Delivery
Australian Standard 1–2 business days 6–8 business days
Australian Express 1 business day 5–7 business days
International 1–3 business days 7–14 business days

Subscription orders ship on your billing date and follow the same timelines.

Order Status Meanings

Status What It Means
Confirmed We've received your order and are preparing it for dispatch
Processing Your order is being packed at our warehouse
Shipped Your order is on the way; tracking link is active
Out for Delivery Your courier has your order and is delivering today
Delivered Your order has arrived

Order Hasn't Arrived?

If it's been longer than the expected delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking link for delivery attempts or carrier notes
  2. Check with neighbours, building reception, or your local post office
  3. Email support@drinkdaynight.com with your order number, we'll investigate with the carrier
