How It Works

You have 30 days from the date your order ships to request a refund.

  1. Email us at support@drinkdaynight.com with your order number
  2. Tell us what didn't work for you (optional, but it helps us improve)
  3. We process your refund within 5 business days

You'll receive your refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product. Even empty pouches qualify.

What's Covered

  • First-time orders of [day], [night], or the 24-Hour System Bundle
  • Subscription orders (your most recent shipment)
  • Both used and unused product
  • Open or sealed pouches

What's Not Covered

  • Bonus items (eBooks, mystery gift, shaker bottles) — these are gifts and don't qualify
  • Repeat refund requests on previous orders (one refund per customer)
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after ship date

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

Subscription Refunds

  • Refund requests on your most recent shipment must be made within 30 days of it shipping
  • Refunds do not automatically cancel your subscription — these are separate actions

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval
  • Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider
