Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST MondayβFriday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.
Subscription Delivery Cycle
Your [day/night] subscription delivers on a recurring schedule based on the plan you've chosen:
- Monthly Plan β Ships every 4 weeks from your last delivery date
- Quarterly Plan β Ships every 90 days from your last delivery date
Each shipment contains a fresh 30-day or 90-day supply, depending on your plan.
You'll receive an email 2 business days before each subscription shipment so you have time to pause, skip, or reschedule.
Missed or Failed Delivery
If your delivery attempt is missed, Australia Post will leave a calling card and hold your parcel at your local post office.
- Collect within 10 business days using your tracking number and ID
- After 10 days, parcels are returned to us
- If your parcel is returned, we can resend it β additional shipping fees may apply
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@drinkdaynight.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or process a refund per our Returns & Refunds policy.
